Finance Junior Associate Job in Bangalore at Laundryheap

Laundryheap is hiring for the job role of Finance Junior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including raising invoices and reconciling accounts across all 7 operating entities
• Assist with month-end and year-end procedures and corporate reporting including quarterly VAT/GST returns
• Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
• Raise bills and purchase orders and assist with the weekly payment run file
• Following up with business stakeholders to ensure costs are allocated to the appropriate cost line

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Training to qualify for an internationally recognized accounting standard e.g. ACCA or CIMA
• Proven experience of at least 1 year in finance, accounting, or tax-related services
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, fiscal procedures, and applicable tax codes
• Ability to analyze and record financial transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong eye for detail
