EY is hiring for the role of Finance Function Senior!

Responsibilities to the Candidate:

• Requirements gathering and documentation using AIM / OUM or other prescribed methodologies
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion Financial modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Conduct CRP sessions, Participate in design reviews and discussions
• Map client requirements against Oracle Fusion Financial Modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Expenses, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets and Cash Management
• Should be able to interpret functional requirements and able to deliver and design them from offshore
• Should have experience in setting up the FAH event model, accounting rules, and supporting references for accounting transformation of source systems.
• Maintenance and enhancements to existing Oracle Fusion PPM modules like Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Execution Management, Project Portfolio Management, Project Financials Management, Project performance reporting
• Design module-specific solutions in the context of the integrated Oracle Fusion
• Capable of handling Solution Design /Functional Fit-Gap /Training/Testing sessions
• Assist business users during CRPs/SITs/UATs
• Prepare quality deliverables
• Prepare test scripts and test cases
• Ability to Conduct trainings
• Support Project Management Office (PMO)

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience working in Oracle ERP Financials with at least 2 years of experience in Fusion Financials / FAH / Fusion PPM
• Should have worked in at least 2-3 full life cycle implementations with at least one of the implementations on Fusion Financials / FAH / Fusion PPM
• Experience having a client-facing role
• Good exposure in handling integrations and data conversion activities
• Experience in solution design drafting functional specs and driving the solution
• Application configuration, test case preparation and execution
• Experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion Accounting Hub (Release 13) and other Oracle Cloud ERP offerings
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate requirements into design documents.
• Strong customer handling skills and ability to lead & mentor team-members
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow well-defined release management processes
• Ability to multitask and still stay focused on release priorities
• Must have a valid passport.
