Tracxn is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain a dashboard of all outstanding receivables and their current status
• Reach out to the relevant stakeholders and maintain correct status of all the outstanding invoices
• Research and identify the right point of contact within the customer organization for effective collection outreach
• Adeptly escalate internally and within the customer organization to resolve any issues impeding the collections
• Ensuring timely and adequate resolution of any queries raised by the customer with regards to payment of the outstanding invoices.
• Build and maintain MISs around the collections process to provide visibility to the management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream with a reputed institute and/or MBA
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect and communicate with various stakeholders across the hierarchy
• Excellent in organizing and managing logistics, and attention to detail
• 1-3 years experience in Finance or Customer support
• Strong service orientation and a collaborative, flexible working style
• Open to receiving feedback and incorporating it into daily work
• Work from Office (5 days a week) in Bangalore
