Finance Executive Job in Gurgaon at JLL

JLL is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be part of the admin team on site and will assist with timely processing of invoices for India & Poland, vendor payments tracking, liaison with accounts, monthly expense and MIS, expense provision.
• Assist in communicating clear timelines, ownership, objectives & guidelines
• Be able to converse effectively in English with Polish team mates.
• Assist in organizing reviews between regional teams and Head of the Department and monitor all Invoice processing is being done accurately and in a timely manner.. You will also support quarterly accrual submissions.

Requirements:

• Experience- You will have 1-3 years of experience in finance roles involving Invoice processing, including general accounting and have a Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Excel & Power point is highly desirable. You can communication in English fluently. You are confident, pay strong attention to details and possess excellent problem solving skills.
• Under limited supervision, you are able to deliver results when working on autonomous projects. You will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
