About this Job
Sense HQ is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure collections and payables are on time. Maintain Excel trackers and automated processes
- Prepare and file GST returns, TDS returns and labour-related returns on a monthly basis
- Assist with closing and reporting the books
- Coordinate with functional leads and assist with investor MIS on a monthly basis
- Prepare bank CSVs and upload payments in the bank portal
- Prepare reconciliation for commission received (sales) every month
- Prepare credit card reconciliations every month
- Collaborate with multiple functions across the company
Requirements:
- Bcom/ Mcom, semi-qualified CA with 1-2 years of experience
- Strong communication skills, knows how to multitask
- Hands-on with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheets
- Must have had experience in tax and labour-related filings
- Are curious, analytical, have a knack to solve problems and can figure a way out despite ambiguity
- Can persevere your way through to get things done, someone who can think on their feet when faced with an obstacle
