Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Coordinate with various teams to finalize the closing activities and calendar on time.
• Analyze the trial balance and variance.
• Ensure accurate booking of various financial transactions by implementing a strong review mechanism.
• Provide senior management with insightful monthly financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
• Take the initiative in process improvement.
• Analyze the impact of statutory changes on Financials Statements.
• Implement statutory changes in various financial processes and systems.
• Prepare Financial statements in line with Policies, Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Other Regulatory requirements.
• Provide the required schedules and reports to auditors.
• Ensure smooth and timely closure of Statutory audit.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
