Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to potential clients.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer support) to ensure client satisfaction and alignment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager/Director.
