Victoria's Secret & Co. is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Enter structured data including vendor invoices, vendor master data, payment voids and related clearing, vendor freight claims, vendor invoice and goods receipt clearing, sales and cash clearing
• Generate and distribute standard reports
• Administer group email box, including responses to vendors and/or internal customers
• Respond to third-party partners via structured responses
• Clear general ledger and sub-ledger accounts
• Identify irregularities and variances against audit and control criteria
• Prepare monthly black book accounts (general ledger balance sheet reconciliations)
• Analyze incoming questions or variances and determine routing to the correct team
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc analysis
• Identify areas of opportunity and recommend solutions for achieving optimal efficiency and effectiveness
• Apply strong knowledge and application of financial and accounting principles and fundamentals
• Be a cross-functional team player
• Demonstrate professional and strong written communication skills
• Conduct all work in an ethical, honest, professional, and confidential manner
• Execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate, and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Take on additional responsibilities

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred)
• Possess an advanced degree or CPA (a plus)
• Have 2 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or related field
• Demonstrate relevant SAP experience
