Finance Executive Job in Mumbai at StayVista

Stay Vista is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Issue sales invoices, credit note debit note etc.
• Post day-to-day sale entries.
• Perform Bank receipt reconciliation.
• Ensure cancellation and grievance refunds happen on time.
• Do the Debtor's ledger closure.
• Manage OTA ledger closure.
• Maintain zero suspense.
• Ensure company systems, policies, and procedures are adhered to while functioning with accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a database and provide reports as and when requested by management.
• Provide administrative support during budget preparation and participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Requirements: 

• A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owners, vendors
• In-depth knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage
• Strong hold on Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline
• Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor/ Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
