Detailing Devils is hiring for the role of Finance Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting in the preparation of budgets
• Managing income and expense records and receipts
• Resolving financial disputes raised by the customers and sales teams
• Preparing cheques, filling NEFT/RTGS forms and processing payments
• Coordinating with clients’ queries regarding overdue payments
• Processing international payments from Indian and foreign banks
• Ensuring timely payments of all category related payments-contractors, spares, rent
• Coordinating with bank personnel regarding banking work
• Reconciling petty cash and filing work
• Documenting work of opening salary accounts for employees
• Monitoring imprest accounts and advances given to employees
• Assisting team members regarding other finance-related work

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications (Excel & Word)
• Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to deal with customers and external contacts
• Proactive and well-organized
• Ability to work independently as well as in a teams
