Optisol Business Solutions is hiring for the position of Finance-Credit Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage accounts receivable and perform collection follow-ups with foreign clients.
• Analyze timesheets, agreements, and other relevant documents to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address any inquiries regarding billing and payments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the analysis of GST and 26AS data, providing insights and recommendations as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to accounts receivable and credit management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or semi-qualified professional with any relevant degree.
• 2-3 years of experience in an accounts receivable role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and 26AS analysis is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
