Jobin and Jismi is hiring for the role of Finance Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Assist in the configuration and implementation of ERP financial modules, ensuring alignment with client needs.
• Provide consultancy on financial best practices and offer solutions to enhance clients' financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting processes.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables for ERP implementations.
• Perform data migration and integration from legacy systems to ERP platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Provide training and support to clients on ERP financial modules post-implementation to ensure smooth adoption and operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP finance modules, collaborating with technical teams when necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in ERP systems and financial processes to provide informed consultancy to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, demonstrating expertise in financial consulting and ERP system capabilities.

Requirements:

• A Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  1- 4 years of experience in finance roles, auditing, or financial consultancy.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
• Interest in ERP systems and finance transformation, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in financial analysis and consultancy.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work on multiple projects and manage timelines effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, ODOO or similar) is a plus.
• Previous experience in financial consultancy or ERP implementation is an added advantage.
