Koch Global Services is hiring for the role of Finance Business Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide financial analysis that drives behavior to achieve business and capability visions
• Effective communicate and visualize the business results for leadership to drive profitable action
• Create and utilize efficient knowledge systems to support daily and long-term decision making within our businesses and supporting capabilities
• Drive economic and critical thinking capability within the financial reporting function
• Build Preferred Partnerships with key individuals within our businesses and supporting capabilities through regular interactions, and providing input and analysis on daily decision making
• Develop financial analyses, business scenarios, and other models to facilitate strategic decision making and drive initiatives
• Develop metrics and analysis that identifies the key performance drivers, strategies, and business opportunities 
• Lead revenue management efforts, including overseeing monthly billing, managing bi-annual pricing responsibilities, and addressing all billing queries
• Discover and apply new technology and processes to transform how value is created throughout the team
• Create and maintain an effective internal controls environment to ensure compliance and mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Experience in financial analysis, economic analysis, or other role that demonstrates solid understanding of financial concepts, performance measures, economic principles, and data driven insights
• Experience communicating and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of an organization
• Collaboration mindset with ability to build relationships and anticipate needs
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or Office 365, specifically in Excel & Power BI
• Data and Analytics experience, enabling data driven approach to financial reporting
• Understanding of Koch Capabilities and the Businesses they serve or experience supporting a business and demonstrating how financial reporting leads to improved decision making.
• Demonstrate strong application of Principle-Based Management® (PBM®)
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
