Royal Enfield is hiring for the role of Finance Business Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Close coordination with the business team. This position will support businesses to prepare business
• Plan, track monthly plan vs actual performance, process simplification, evaluation of budget proposals capex
• Revex and multiple business analyses with an objective of optimizing costs and maximizing revenue
• Monthly plan vs actual MIS-related variance analysis
• Inputs for monthly business scorecard report
• Ensure Budget availability /movements if any
• Report cost center-wise plan vs actual capex/revex
• Deep Analysis of key variances
• Other MIS as and when Required/benchmark
• Maintain Trend analysis data
• Inventory and other working capital-related analysis
• Support for business initiatives - Commercials evaluation/PR

Requirements:

• 3 to 8 Years of Experience
• Hands-on Exposure to SAP
• High level of understanding of financial statements and interpretations of financial statements
• Expertise in Using Google applications of spreadsheets/documents/slides/Google Data Studio
• Good Communication Skills
