Finance Associate-Byzzer Job in Pune at NIQ

NIQ is hiring for the role of Finance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Send monthly statements of accounts to all the customers
• Follow up on emails with the customer
• Follow-up on internal stakeholders to resolve the query of the customers.
• Revert on the customer’s query.
• Drive Invoice dispatch/Upload operations
• Pause of service- discussion & finalizing the list of the customers which is done once a month with the Team lead and senior manager
• Send a pause of service notice to the client in case of non-payment
• Do reconciliations are done as per the request/ query of the customer
• Ensure comments are updated monthly to the R2R team
• Partner with Byzzer lead & post sales and to drive and improve Byzzer billing operation
• Approve Dynamics opportunities
• Approve NetSuite sales orders

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance or Accounting. MBA/PGDM is preferred.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; second or third regional language preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Billing & collection
• Prior experience in an outsourced or global shared services environment
• Experience in client-facing roles and finance operations for North American market/clients.
• Experience in driving process improvement within a Finance organization
• Successful track record of development/delivery of complex solutions
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle) and IT-PC literate
• Strong communication skills, team player, leadership traits
• Should be comfortable working in 6 pm- 3 am shift
