Sprinto is hiring for the role of Finance Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensuring timely closure of accounting every month.
- Coordinating and assisting in audit completion activities for US and Indian entities.
- Budgeting, monitoring actuals, and reporting out variances along with explanations for variances at organizational, departmental, headcount, and expense levels.
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 2 to 5 years work experience in the areas of finance
- Cross-border experience is preferable, but not essential
- Prior experience in Big 4 firms is a plus, but not essential
- A motivated candidate with a curiosity to learn and unlearn at a rapid pace
- A strong passion for customers, a high level of comfort with uncomfortable transparency, and a keen sense of ownership and drive to deliver results
