Cloud Counselage is hiring for the role of Finance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets
• Perform day-to-day accounting using tools such as Tally, Zoho, or QuickBooks
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and expense management
• Support compliance tasks including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and income tax filings
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and banks for financial documentation and transactions
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support decision-making
• Help prepare proposals and reports for funding and grant partners
• Maintain financial records and ensure regulatory and organizational compliance

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and at least one accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, etc.)
• Working knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Familiarity with non-profit financial processes, budgeting, or grant accounting
• Experience in working with consulting firms, startups, or social enterprises
• Knowledge of financial forecasting tools or ERP systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
