Finance Associate Internship in Bangalore at Iron Mountain

Iron Mountain is hiring for the role of Finance Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The process begins when the Customer makes a payment to the invoices billed by Iron Mountain. The Cash Application team then reviews the payment & remittance documents for cash allocation. If everything looks good for cash allocation then the customer invoices get closed in the ERP system along with the receipt.
• Process the daily payments received through all lockboxes & bank accounts.
• Review all receipts received to ensure quick resolution.
• The position is challenging - it requires multitasking abilities, flexibility to change, solid accounting skills, Sound reading comprehension of emails, strong system skills, reliability, excellent keyboarding skills and interpersonal ability with good oral and written communication.
• Maintain strong knowledge of accounts receivables processes to enable efficient applications.
• Run specialized reports using Oracle Discoverer & other ERP software.
• Maintain accounting and posting the payments to the right customer account and invoices.
• Make sure the payments & remittance details are reviewed thoroughly before leaving cash as unapplied or unidentified.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding required remittance or cash application information.

Requirements:

• 2-6 Years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable & Cash Apps Role
• B.com/MBA/M.com in finance.
