In-Country is hiring for the role of Finance and Logistics Officer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Booking full travel arrangements for staff members and clients.
• Processing and manage staff expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintaining and updating petty cash, finance, and logistics spreadsheets.
• Tracking and managing Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables of clients and vendors (Client Expenses).
• Shipping, managing, and signing deliveries of clients/universities' printed material.
• Maintaining office monthly budget and everyday expenses.
• Managing the organization and safety of the office, overseeing office help, logistics coordination, budget management, and vendor relationships.
• Ensuring an efficient, well-maintained work environment.
• Providing IT support for office staff, including overseeing laptop repairs, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and coordinating AV installation with the IT team.

Requirements:

• Educated to Bachelor’s degree level.
• IT literacy with the use of Microsoft applications including Excel.
• Attention to detail.
• Strength in communication both verbal and written.
