PWC is hiring for the role of Finance Analyst Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Supporting in special assignments or ad-hoc projects, this may involve conducting research,
    preparing presentations, or assisting with specific financial initiatives.
  • Controlling projects on the ground as per the project plan to ensure the project objective is
    achieved in a timely manner.
  • Working with stakeholders to get timely inputs on the projects to ensure the project is
    progressing as planned.
  • Interacting and deliberate with stakeholders; LoS, SPOCS, and other IFS teams to ensure
    information flows, particularly during critical phases of the projects.
  • Ensuring project documentation, sign, and lessons learned are in place during the project
    period.
  • Preparing regular project updates, and identifying key insights & challenges throughout the
    project life cycle for the steering committee & Stakeholders.
  • Support in performance monitoring of the key KPIs and operational matters.
  • Monitor SLAs for business touchpoints through a reporting framework and dashboards.
  • Ensure timely submission of Internal Audit deliverables such as RCSA, KQI, etc.
  • Analyzing and reviewing reports published by the IA team to provide insights and key
    messages to the CFO, ensuring actionable emerging from reports are timely corrected,
    actioned, and closed.
  • Regular tracking of Internal audit open issues, ensuring timely closure of Internal audit open
    points. Proactively, highlighting bottlenecks to leadership in case teams are not able to meet
    the timelines, working on the mitigation plan.
  • Facilitating FLT meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
  • Assisting chief of staff in their tasks, including decision-making, project management, and business strategies.
  • Support in driving the change management - Facilitating change initiatives related to the Finance domain.
  • Collaborate with project teams, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions, minimize resistance, and maximize employee adoption of new Finance processes, systems, and strategies.
  • Support in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans.
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify potential risks, resistance, and areas requiring additional support.
  • Support in designing and delivering change management communication plans, including messaging, channels, and timelines, to ensure clear and consistent communication to all impacted parties.
  • Support in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives through feedback mechanisms, surveys, and data analysis, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
  • Working understanding of Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, and data analysis
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and proven project management experience
  • Experience working with senior leadership and fulfilling their ad hoc requirements in a
    timely manner
  • A positive attitude and approach, with a willingness to accept new challenges
  • A flexible approach to change and should be able to provide solutions for problems
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering quality work, with a willingness to team with others,
    and help create a positive work environment
  • Ability to think strategically and act in a detailed, hands-on manner
