PhonePe is hiring for the role of Finance Analyst !

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their financial needs and provide timely and accurate financial analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, including variance analysis, budget vs. actuals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting and finance regulations.
• Collaborate with other finance team members to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a finance role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
• Chartered Accountant/ MBA with 1+ year of work experience
• Strong Proficiency in MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills
• Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
• Decent interpersonal skills
