Mott MacDonald is hiring for the role of Financial Analyst!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Assist the manager with credit checks, financial due diligence, and data analysis for global operations with quick turnaround times.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to validate financial and non-financial data, supporting data-driven business decisions.
• Research and analyze various data sources to assist in preparing financial reports for global business operations.
• Collect, analyze, and enter financial and non-financial data in work tools according to guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data consistency, completeness, and correctness.
• Support the manager with financial reporting, credit management, treasury operations, and internal controls.
• Process accounts receivable and payable invoices, site returns, staff expenses, and inter-entity billing journals.
• Investigate and resolve invoicing issues, including cash receipt allocation and debtor follow-up.
• Review finance processes, create process flowcharts, recommend improvements, and implement changes.
• Monitor and reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring valid and settled transactions.
• Assist the manager with internal and external audits.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or M.Com with 0-2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Expertise in online data research.
• Ability to work extended hours during peak periods.
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools and experience in ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel within India for business purposes.
