Mott MacDonald is hiring for the role of Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support manager with financial reporting, credit management, treasury (including banking and mandates), and internal controls in the country.
• Process Accounts Receivables invoicing, including maintenance of a billing diary and a robust credit management focus.
• Process inter-entity billing journals and prepare supporting invoices where relevant. Investigate and clear invoicing queries, including allocation of cash receipts and debtor follow-up.
• Ensure credit notes are approved in line with delegated authorities.
• Review existing Finance Processes, develop process flowcharts, provide recommendations on improvements, and implement changes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Assist in monitoring intercompany accounts to ensure the transactions are valid, reconciled and settled as appropriate with guidance from the group Treasury.
• Assist Manager in preparation and review of various schedules related to taxation like VAT, GST, TDS, withholding tax, and submission of timely tax returns.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packs and share them with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Fresher MBA Finance/M.Com/CA Inter.
• Strong analytical ability with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Willingness to undertake business travel as required around India.
• Flexibility to work longer hours at peak times as required.
• Conversant in the use of Microsoft products and experience in other ERP systems.
