PhonePe is hiring for the role of Finance Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Track, Monitor, and Review the key metrics and business drivers for the category on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Develop financial models to facilitate decision-making with Business stakeholders
- Perform the Biz-Fin Operations work and process adherence
- Perform a deep dive into key processes & analysis of category P&L/financial data to identify problems and opportunities
- Prepare and publish periodic dashboards/trackers on key business metrics
- Conduct monthly planning and weekly reporting of category performance on all metrics
- Support the accounting team in month-end closure activities
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant/MBA with 1+ year of work experience
- Strong Proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive takes initiative, self-motivated, team player
- Decent interpersonal skills
- Prior experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Finance
- Hands-On Experience
- Prior experience in E-commerce/ Fintech/ start-ups/Consumer Tech/Media/FMCG
