Alvarez & Marsal is hiring for the role of Finance Advisory & Special Situation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Project and Client Management:
  • Plan and execute own tasks effectively

• Delivery Excellence:
  • Prepare research materials, pitch documents, presentations, engagement proposals, cash and operations management reports, etc.
  • Prepare marketing materials for the client company including teasers, executive summaries, information memorandums, restructuring notes, and management presentations with limited guidance
  • Build financial models and perform transaction, restructuring, and valuation analyses
  • Identify and research potential buyers/investors (and targets on buy-side transactions)
  • Engage with clients, potential buyers/investors, and other advisors, lenders
• Communication:
  • Articulate ideas in a confident and concise manner
  • Concise and effective written communication with a high level of clarity and quality
  • Prepares high-quality slides and decks
  • Actively engage in meetings and add value to discussions by participating effectively
• Team-Work:
  • Share relevant knowledge with team members
  • Contribute to the development of the team's capability
  • Develop positive working relationships and create a positive working environment
  • Engage with the team beyond their module and help other team members

Requirements:

• CA / Bachelors
• CA rankers or CAs with experience with Big4 accounting firms or investment banks
• Graduates with a good understanding of financial statements or experience with investment banks
• Proven aptitude  and capability to handle Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint extensively and deliver quality output
