L&T is hiring for the role of Finance & Accounts Officer

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Receivable Accounting and Management
• Collection Accounting in ERP Ln
• Preparation of Accounts Receivable Statements - monthly
• Preparation of Collection and Invoice Forecasting Statement
• Preparation of Monthly Business Performance Reports
• Comparison of Business Performance with Budgeted figures
• Preparation of Working Capital Statement
• Working Capital Analysis and providing reasons for variances
• Budget Vs actual variance analysis
• Long-Term / Short-Term Revenue Recognition as per IND AS 115.
• Quarterly  Business Performance Reporting
• Preparation of PMS data in presentable formats to CMD / CFO
• Reconciliation of PMS reports with Financial Statements
• Cash Flow Analysis and Preparation of NCF & FCF
• Corporate Deliverable for the above
• Preparation of Budgets - on a yearly basis:  Revenue, Working Capital, Net Cashflow, Overhead Expenses, and Capital Expenditure

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
• Master of Commerce (MCom)
