Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide GST working to the Tax team on a monthly basis for the filing of GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B
• Regular Reconciliation of GST returns with books
• Ensure TDS working is done by the 6th of every month and paid
• Ensure all types of entries related are posted in the system on a T+1 basis
• Prepare and analyse Financial Statements
• Co-ordinate with the business operation team for timely data requirements and for resolving any mismatch in data
• Ledger scrutiny on a monthly basis and ensures all the ledgers reflect the correct balance and are mapped under the correct group
• Co-ordinate and completion of quarterly and annual audits in a timely and accurate manner
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Ensure monthly debtor/creditor ageing and bank reconciliation are done with proper remarks and follow-up
