Freudenberg is hiring for the role of Finance & Accounting Professional!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage Fixed Assets:
• Book assets in SAP.
• Track Capex approval vs. Capex spent.
• Codify assets.
• Monitor CWIP closely for timely capitalization and Capex closure.
• Physically verify assets along with auditors.
• Handle Customer Tooling:
• Maintain Tooling Tracker and ensure timely customer invoicing.
• Track Tooling expenses vs. PTA approval.
• Control Account Payables & Miscellaneous Work:
• Check supplementary bills from suppliers for price increases and process credit notes for price decreases/discounts with proper documentation.
• Review AP ageing and debit balances.
• Track MSME, E-invoicing, and Tax compliance documentation of vendors.
• Manage Contractors, Freight, Import Bills, and Miscellaneous Bills:
• Process all contractors, freight, import, and miscellaneous bills with relevant supporting documents and ensure statutory compliance.
• Update Freight Register.
• Prepare cost sheets for import bills and update CIF Sheet.
• Ensure all contracts/POs are in place and maintain an updated contracts list.
• Handle TDS:
• Compute TDS on salary based on employee declarations and available investment proofs.
• Reconcile monthly TDS and ensure correct deposit.
• File quarterly TDS Returns and correction returns.
• Issue TDS certificates Form 16A quarterly and Form 27D to customers against TCS quarterly.
• Maintain Management Information System (MIS):
• Accrue monthly payroll and upload it in SAP.
• Track monthly accruals properly.
• Transfer expenses from Prepaid accounts.
• Finalize Trial Balance.
• Handle other miscellaneous tasks related to MIS.
• Verify Stayahead savings.
• Balance Sheet Management:
• Provide details for the Balance Sheet.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
