Philips is hiring for the role of Field Service engineer- MRI/CT!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
- Maintain tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
- Meet Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Utilize the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
- Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals and system sales.
- Work as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.
Requirements:
- BE- Any engineering
- 3+ years of experience
- Experience in troubleshooting, Maintenance and installation of medical Equipment.
- Good Communication skills
