Domino is hiring for the role of Field Service Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Daily and routine maintenance of Domino printers at the customer site to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
•  The role is well suited for individuals who are keen to advance their career in industrial service and gain hands-on experience in a workplace that values hard work, integrity, customer centricity and performance.
• The key responsibilities of the role include providing onsite service and customer support.
• Study of different types of packaging machines and site readiness for printer installation.
• Conduct onsite (online) printer trial.
• On-site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction
• Meet service & spares budget for assigned geographical territory.

Requirements:

• Strong desire for a career in field service with 1-3 years of experience
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to write service reports in English
• Fluency in local language 
• Diploma Holder with at least 60% marks from a reputed college.
• Should have own vehicle that can be used for business travel purpose
• Age at the time of application should not be more than 27 years
• Sound mental and physical health is essential with no history of serious medical illness
