Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Installations, Preventative Maintenance, Operational Qualifications.
• Responding to customer support calls within your assigned territory and escalating complex issues as required to ensure a timely fix
• Diagnosing system failures and determining the most cost-effective resolution
• Ensuring Preventative Maintenance Inspections and modifications are completed within the specified time frames.

Requirements:

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels.
• Drive to continuously seek to add value to the services provided and achieve first-time fixes, leading to reduced breakdown times, and lower costs to the customer, thus enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
• IT literate, good knowledge of Microsoft Office products & confidence with other IT applications.
