Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, attending events, and utilizing online resources.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and maintaining regular communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products/services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
  • Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure deals and contracts. Work towards closing sales in a timely manner while adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market shifts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress using CRM software or other designated tools.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis. Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services and their competitive advantages, allowing you to effectively address client inquiries and objections.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and alignment with company goals.
  • Provide valuable feedback from client interactions to contribute to product/service enhancements and improvements in sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and events.
