About this Job

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers within the assigned territory to generate new business opportunities.
  • Actively promote and sell the company's manufacturing products, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and increased sales.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to the sales manager.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to provide insights from the field and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.

Requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing sector, including products, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivate, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally outside the region.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
