Inspire is hiring for the role of Field Sales Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Mantain & organise Sales Information
• Implement Sales Process to improve Sales Closure
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling offer to order processing to deliver of service.
• Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
• Coordinate with inside sales team by managing schedules, submitting offers and communicating relevant information
• Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
• Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• One or more years' experience in sales
• Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
• Good team development and leadership skills
• Experience in using CRM Software
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
