About this Job

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate leads to identify new sales opportunities. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned territory. Understand their business needs, challenges, and goals. Provide personalized solutions and recommend products or services that align with their requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Effectively manage assigned territory or customer accounts. Develop and execute territory plans, including sales forecasts, account mapping, and prioritization. Regularly visit clients, conduct sales visits, and provide ongoing support to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, market segments, and emerging opportunities. Use this knowledge to adapt sales strategies, position products effectively, and maintain a competitive edge.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a field sales role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
