Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying potential candidates through professional networks, and networking events.
• Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
• Conducting outreach to passive candidates and engaging them through various methods.
• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
• Conducting initial screenings and interviews, both virtually and in person, to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Assessing candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships candidates.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation.
• Promote the company brand and culture to attract quality talent.
