Clarivate is hiring for the role of Field Marketing Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Campaign Design & Execution: Design, launch, and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with the Clarivate LS&H business strategy and localized for the region, driving interest in Clarivate solutions and advancing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams from sales, product, industry, thought leadership, and demand marketing to ensure alignment of plans for local customer outcomes.
  • Lead Management: Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to manage lead conversion, pipeline analysis, and acceleration programs, ensuring swift follow-up on leads and driving campaign attribution of sales opportunities.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Manage the development and execution of agreed Account-Based Marketing programs in close collaboration with sales teams.
  • Campaign Reporting: Continuously report on the effectiveness of campaigns against KPIs, including MQLs, sourced/influenced pipeline generation, prior year growth, and quarterly goals for the region.
  • Annual Marketing Planning: Participate in and contribute to the annual marketing planning and ongoing campaign planning process, collaborating with Marketing and Sales teams to create campaigns supporting customer acquisition in new segments and verticals.
  • Campaign Management: Build and monitor campaigns leveraging tools and marketing automation platforms, such as Eloqua and Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Generate buy-in and support for marketing programs from local sales teams and key stakeholders.
  • Budget Oversight: Oversee and manage the regional field marketing budget.
  • Event Management: Manage third-party and Clarivate-hosted events that support regional customer needs and the sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree plus at least 3 years of B2B marketing experience, with two years of direct experience in campaign and promotional program and event management.
  • Strategic & Creative: Ability to think strategically and creatively, clearly communicating how plans will deliver on company strategic marketing goals.
  • Project Management: Superior project management and organizational skills, capable of executing multiple complex campaigns/events while managing and motivating internal stakeholders to meet strict campaign timelines.
  • Event Planning & Marketing Expertise: Experience in event planning, marketing campaign planning and execution, account-based marketing, and budget management.
  • Marketing Automation: At least 3 years of experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo).
