Airtel is hiring for the role of Field LCO Auditor!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Audit the status of implementation and adherence to existing processes by functional groups.
- Identify gaps in process definitions if any.
- Evaluate process implementation effectiveness.
- Conduct process, and field audits, and record findings.
- Review, and evaluate audit findings, complete gap analysis, and dig into RCA for specific issues.
- Review the final audit report with functional leads and publish it to Circle heads.
- Seeks and drives implementation of corrective and preventive actions from the functional team.
- Drive NC closure, corrective actions and seek preventive action plans.
- Maintain audit records, and reports.
- Work with the auditee to resolve compliance issues, provide recommendations, communicate on status of resolution action, and bring issues to management notice requiring attention and systemic fixes
Requirements:
- Share best practices across circles and cities,
- AT (acceptance testing ) for new network deployment as contractual specifications,
- Authorization of various work completion documents as per process document,
- Support execution of performance improvement initiatives (quality projects) at Circles and hubs
