ideaForge is hiring for the role of Field Engineer-UAV System!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Pre-flight weather forecast to ensure safe flights for mapping / Surveillance
• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting post-flight data
• Planning UAV flight routes
• Monitoring UAVs during flight
• Navigating UAV along designated flight paths
• Gathering information, producing and/or processing aerial data as required
• Documentation of pre- and post-flight logs
• Perform equipment testing and troubleshooting for demonstrations, trials, and training activities
• Snag list preparation and ensuring timely resolution from the back-end team
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and training programs in a single attempt.
• Achieve a 100% on-time completion rate.
• Design and implement recurring customer training programs.
• Ensure 100% success in demos and trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Ensure timely completion of critical trials and demos with efficient planning and coordination.
• Adhere to timelines as per the RFP, delivery volumes, and schedules.
• Maintain a 100% on-time completion rate month-on-month for consolidated projects
• Implement and follow Standard Operating Procedures for product handling and servicing according to ideaForge standards.
• Ensure all necessary certifications and compliance requirements are met in the context of ideaForge standards.
