ideaForge is hiring for the role of Field Engineer-UAV System!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Multitasking, setting priorities and managing time effectively.
• Doing Pre-flight weather forecasts to ensure safe flights for mapping / Surveillance.
• Gathering, analyzing, and presenting post-flight data.
• Planning UAV flight routes.
• Monitoring UAVs during flight.
• Navigating UAVs along designated flight paths.
• Gathering information, producing and/or processing aerial data as required.
• Doing Documentation of pre- and post-flight logs.
• Performing equipment testing and troubleshooting for demonstrations, trials, and training activities.
• Ensuring Snag list preparation and ensuring timely resolution from the back-end team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer support role
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
