Motorola Solutions is hiring for the role of Field Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support to customers on Motorola Solutions products and services.
- Install, configure, and maintain Motorola Solutions systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of Motorola Solutions products and services.
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop and deliver customer solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Motorola Solutions products and technologies.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Promote Motorola Solutions products and services to potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of Motorola Solutions products and services.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Fluency in English.
