Field Engineer Job in Delhi at Jio

Jio is hirinng for the role of  Field Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure material tracking and reconciliation management
• Visit sites regularly and ensure all sites are operational
• Supervise radio frequency optimization related activities
• Oversee quality control of vendors & contractors
• Conduct acceptance test processes
• Assist Senior Field Engineers in audits on time to time basis
• Manage deployment related activities conducted by vendors, contractors
• Configure L2 switch to connect access points and enhance network
• Trouble shoot faults related to router and replace faulty hardware
• Link capacity upgrade / microwave upgrade for sites with more than 70% utilization
• Execute field activities as per work orders issued by Network Operations Centre
• Meet customers, conduct surveys and provide feedback on network coverage and capacity improvement
• Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plan and carry out joint field survey to verify route, equipment and structure
• Release final design for construction in compliance to engineering and business guidelines
• Release capacity augmentation and change request plan as required to continue execution

Requirements:

• Candidate with Diploma can apply
• 1-3 years of experience is required
• Knowledge and experience of network deployment, operations and maintenance
