Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Field Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure material tracking and reconciliation management
- Visit sites regularly and ensure all sites are operational
- Supervise radio frequency optimization-related activities
- Oversee quality control of vendors & contractors
- Conduct acceptance test processes
- Assist Senior Field Engineers in audits on time to time basis
- Manage deployment-related activities conducted by vendors, contractors
- Configure the L2 switch to connect access points and enhance the network
- Troubleshoot faults related to routers and replace the faulty hardware
- Link capacity upgrade/microwave upgrade for sites with more than 70% utilization
- Execute field activities as per work orders issued by Network Operations Centre
Requirements:
- Educational Requirement- Diploma
- Experience Required- 1 to 3 years
- Knowledge and experience of network deployment, operations and
maintenance - Vendor management skills
- Project management skills
- Problem solving skills
- Supervisory skills
- Team player
