Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Field Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Manage material tracking and reconciliation.
• Ensure site operation through regular visits.
• Supervise radio frequency optimization activities.
• Oversee vendor and contractor quality control.
• Conduct acceptance testing processes.
• Assist Senior Field Engineers with audits.
• Manage vendor and contractor deployment activities.
• Configure L2 switches for improved network connectivity.
• Troubleshoot router faults and replace faulty hardware.
• Upgrade link/microwave capacity for high-utilization sites.
• Execute field work orders from the Network Operations Centre.
• Meet customers, conduct surveys, and provide network feedback.
• Release Fiber-to-the-Home desktop plans and conduct joint field surveys.
• Finalize construction designs adhering to engineering and business guidelines.
• Release capacity augmentation and change request plans.

Requirements:

• Diploma in engineering or relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in network deployment, operations, and maintenance.
• Problem-solving and supervisory skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
