Asian Paints is hiring for the role of Field Contractor Relationship Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Meet contractors, profile them, and identify a set of contractors to be adopted for training and professional grooming, making them recommendable to consumers.
• Track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
• Act as the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation, on-site technical assistance, and related requirements.
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor and Retail Supervisor in the region.
• Profile, maintain, and update records of all contractors in the territory/unit.
• Enroll adopted contractors in required training programs and evaluate on-site proficiency.
• Pitch new products and ensure training and correct usage of new products.
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian Paints.
• Ensure contractors meet mandatory requirements and move up the tier hierarchy.
• Ensure site evaluation and on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
• Coordinate with TSO and other retail team members as required.

Requirements:

• Full-time (Regular Day Course) graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
• Engineers will not be considered.
• MBA in Marketing.
• Freshers will also be considered.
• 0.5 to 1 year of work experience in a related area.
• Age: Between 25–30 years.
• Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Comfortable with basic MS Office for reporting purposes.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Confident and pleasant personality.
• Strong selling and convincing skills.
• Should own and use a bike, as the role involves extensive travel.
• Good knowledge of local geography is an added benefit.
