Field Construction Engineering Specialist Job in Port Blair at Bechtel

Bechtel is hiring for the role of Field Construction Engineering Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Tracking installations
• Buying needed materials, ensuring the accuracy of the product, and planning for future material needs
• Helping ensure our computer systems are sharing data correctly
• Completing quality inspections
• Coordinating with Supervision and Subcontractors to plan/support schedules
• Working with the customer to resolve problems
• Monitoring engineering to make sure we are getting what we need on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or another relevant technical discipline from an accredited university.
• Ability to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Demonstrated commitment to Environment, Safety, and Health (ES&H).
• Demonstrated commitment to a Zero Accident safety program.
• Must be computer-literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Experience resolving problems involving multiple parties.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
