Barclays is Hiring for the role of FCS People Leader!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Manage a large and diverse team of Screening Analysts working towards pre-defined targets
• Manage day-to-day activities of the team and ensure compliance with procedures and policy guidelines, encourage and motivate advisors, develop agent skill sets, and manage personal development goals for the agents.
• Assist the AVP in the maintenance of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators through effective team leadership.
• Check and allocate all new urgent requests
• Daily buzz discusses the previous day recognises high performers and sets targets for the current day
• Continue to monitor workflow and urgent requests and reallocate cases accordingly
• Ensure all one-to-ones are completed on a monthly basis
• Promote Lean and CI
• Ensure all LMS is completed and exceptions raised within a timely manner
• Review Blueworks/ procedures to align with any changes/ required updates
• Risk- Raising case review in an event of complaint or risk event
• Plan the following week's work based on resources available and WIP

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of Team handling experience
• Experience working in BPO/KPO, experience in Kyc/sanctions/adverse media screening
• Familiarity with procedures, policies, products, and services of a financial organization
• Demonstrate experience in workflow/queues management and people leadership (preferred
• Excellent track record during past work experience)
