Airtel is hiring for the role of Fastag Lead!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Visit & take gate meetings at tolls in addition to have time to time interaction with NHAI stakeholders & toll management.
• Arrange corporate activities & alliances with RWAs in residential areas for incremental fast sales.
• Recruit, Train, & motivate ground fast promoter team to achieve designated sales targets.
• Identify & Develop new business avenues for fast acquisition. Dealer/Agent/Aggregator/Corporate tie-ups/RWAs/Parkings. 
• Track team performance & address their problem for efficient delivery followed by periodic reviews of TLs & associates on the KPI assigned.
• Gather consistent feedback from the market for exciting offers & insights on competitors' moves as feedback for product enhancement.
• Share market insights with Management via Excel reports, presentations etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of toll collection systems and related technologies.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to address issues in Fastag implementation.
