Key Responsibilities:
Image Review & Quality Assurance Leadership
- Oversee and approve fashion product images with a focus on fit, drape, color consistency, texture, and styling accuracy.
- Ensure all visuals are free from wrinkles, distortions, and representation issues, reflecting brand and platform standards.
- Establish and enforce quality benchmarks for the QC team and production workflows.
Team Management & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Fashion QC Specialists and stylists, ensuring continuous development and alignment with quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with Styling, Photography, Post-Production, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- Act as the key escalation point for any image or styling-related quality concerns.Approve final looks, mood boards, and shoot-ready styling briefs.
Quality Process Improvement
- Audit and refine existing QC processes and checklists to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Introduce best practices and new tools to elevate the overall visual quality.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and attention to detail within the QC and styling functions.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain and oversee detailed documentation of quality reviews, team performance, and corrective actions.
- Provide periodic quality reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement plans.
- Monitor key metrics such as error rates, correction cycles, and compliance with brand styling guides
Qualifications & Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in fashion styling, image production, or visual quality control, preferably in e-commerce, fashion retail, or creative production environments.
- Strong expertise in identifying issues related to fit, drape, garment construction, wrinkles, and color discrepancies in fashion imagery.
- Proficient understanding of image editing tools and photo management platforms.
- Proven leadership experience managing creative or quality-focused teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-volume projects in a fast-paced setting.
