Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Offering prompt, courteous assistance and having meaningful conversations with potential customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media, actively understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products or services.
• Providing guidance and support to customers on how to use our products effectively.
• Offering troubleshooting assistance for any technical difficulties they may encounter.
• Driving sales and closing deals: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade customers and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrating product knowledge and highlighting the value and benefits to customers.
• Fostering customer relationships: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized assistance and exceptional service.
• Addressing customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The candidate should be flexible with working hours, including weekends or evenings.
• Empathetic and patient approach to handling customer inquiries and understanding the needs of the customer.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in sales or related roles is a plus.
